The development consists of multiple interconnected mall zones, each including a basement, ground floor, and roof level. The basement extends over approximately 23,500 m², with the upper levels occupying nearly half of its footprint. A 6.0 × 8.0 m structural grid forms the primary framing system, complemented by selectively increased spans to satisfy architectural, retail, and circulation requirements.
