Raville Tunnel

Scope: Structural Design | Supervision Location: Cairo, Egypt

A tunnel of a box section with a length of 302 m, width of 38.8 m, and height of 8.1 m. As the tunnel have a filling above by 3.5 m, as it consists of eastern walls rested on piles with a length of 345 m, and the western walls rested on shallow foundations with a length of 450 m.
