“Designed to the high standards of what is called a fourth-generation city. The towers are based on a multiuse podium containing residential, commercial, hospitality, and all facilities needed for a luxurious standard of living. This new coastal city will include a number of global projects, from business and international trade centres to residential towers and luxurious resorts.” – Pavillion Architects The skyscraper has a built-up area of 315,867 sqm and ranges from 27 to 38 floors, including podium and parking levels. LD01 consists of 4 towers: A2, B2, C3, and C4. Where each tower consists of Lower Ground, Ground, Mezzanine, and upper floors are listed below: Tower A2: 28 floors, Tower B2: 34 floors, Tower C3: 31 floors, Tower C4: 24 floors.
