Scope: Design Review of the Main Skeleton and Post-tensioned Slabs
Location: Alexandria, Egypt

The towers are based on multiuse podium containing residential, commercial hospitality and all facilities needed for luxurious standard of living. This new coastal city will include a number of global projects, from business and international trade centres to residential towers and luxurious resorts” – Pavillion Architects
A skyscraper that ranges floors of 27 – 38, podium, parking levels, with a built-up area of: 315,867 sqm. LD01 consists of 4 towers: A2, B2, C3, and C4. Where each tower consists of Lower Ground, Ground, Mezzanine and upper floors as indicated below:
Tower A2: 28 floors, Tower B2: 34 floors, Tower C3: 31 floors, Tower C4: 24 floors.
