A timeless, luxurious 200 m high-rise building located in New Cairo city with an approximate plot area of 10,000 m² centered within a landscape that mimics the magnetic field and implements geometric forms being projected on the ground. The tower would consist of 6 zones: The development includes a parking and data center with 2 basements, a shopping mall with 5 floors, restaurants spanning 3 floors, a 5-star hotel with 16 floors, hotel apartments across 8 floors, a gym and spa occupying 2 floors, technical/transition floors totaling 5 floors, and a rooftop restaurant with 3 floors. The total BUA of the project is 200,000 sqm
