A 74,000 sqm project divided into two phases, accommodating department stores and a hypermarket. Phase 1 built-up area is approximately 24,000 sqm, with a structural system of cast-in-situ and precast concrete. Phase 2 has an area of 50,000 sqm, alongside a structural system of precast prestressed concrete parking structure.
