The building comprises a basement, a ground floor, and three standard floors, each measuring 2500 sqm and featuring a module of 10 x 10 meters between columns. The floors are constructed with prestressed concrete flat plates of 300 mm thickness and prestressed in two directions using 0.6" low-relaxation steel strands.
