The building consists of a basement, ground floor and 3 typical floors with an area of 2500 sqm for each floor with a module of 10 x 10 meters between columns. The floors are constructed with prestressed concrete flat plates of 300 mm thickness and prestressed in two directions using 0.6 inch low relaxation steel strands.
