The hospital consists of a ground floor and three typical floors. The floor system consists of 240 mm thick prestressed concrete flat plates, post-tensioned in two orthogonal directions using ½-inch-low-relaxation steel strands. The strands are stressed to approximately 80% of their ultimate tensile strength during jacking.
