• The third basement floor includes parking, commercial spaces, and a plaza that has an area of 18,450 m².
• The second basement floor includes parking and stores, with an area of 14,400 m².
• The first basement floor includes parking, commercial spaces, and a plaza, covering an area of 14,400 m².
• The ground floor includes commercial and plaza space, with an area of 14,000 m².
• The first, second, third, and fourth floors include administrative offices and clinics with an area of 16,800 m².
