The slabs are mostly post-tensioned with spans of 8 x 8 or 16 x 16 meters. The mall extend on an approximate area of 158,000 sqm, the slabs of the mall are mainly post-tensioned with an 8 x 8 or 16 x 16 meter span. The area is being spread on three levels, connected by a department stores, a cineplex, water feature surrounding the 35+ restaurants.
