The slabs are mostly post-tensioned with spans of 8 x 8 or 16 x 16 meters. The mall extends over an approximate area of 158,000 sqm; the slabs of the mall are mainly post-tensioned with an 8 x 8 or 16 x 16 meter span. A department store, a cineplex, and a water feature connect the three levels that spread the area over more than 35 restaurants.
