The project consists of several buildings including the following:
Club House: Which consists of basement, ground, first floor and roof. Total built up area of the club house is 3,427 sqm.
Nursery and Changing Rrooms: Which consists of ground and first floors with total built up area of 1,418 sqm.
Sports Building: Which consists of basement, ground floor and roof with a total built up area of 5,441 sqm.
Sports Hall: Which consists of basement, ground floor and roof with covered pool with a total built up area of approximately 7,000 sqm.
Underground parking with lower and upper levels.
