The project consists of several buildings, including the following:

• The clubhouse consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor, and roof. The total built-up area of the clubhouse is 3,427 sqm.
• The nursery and changing rooms consist of ground and first floors with a total built-up area of 1,418 sqm.
• The sports building consists of a basement, ground floor, and roof with a total built-up area of 5,441 sqm.
• The sports hall consists of a basement, ground floor, and roof with a covered pool, with a total built-up area of approximately 7,000 sqm.
• Underground parking with lower and upper levels.
