An eight triangular shaped buildings spread on a plot area of 152,500 sqm, accomodating landscapes, water features on the slab of the ground floor, the basement levels occupies the full footprint of the land. Each two building is connected via a bridge at various floors of the building. JV with Eng. Khaled Elzeki.
