Eight triangular-shaped buildings spread on a plot area of 152,500 sq m, accommodating landscapes and water features on the slab of the ground floor; the basement levels occupy the full footprint of the land. Each two buildings are connected via a bridge at various floors of the building. This project is a joint venture (JV) with Engineer Khaled Elzeki.
