Client: Ministry of Finance Scope: Structural Design Review Location: New Administrative City, Egypt

The building consists of six structures with a total footprint of 9,800 square meters. The first four buildings include two basements, a ground-floor mezzanine, six typical floors, and an upper roof. Buildings 5 and 6 have basement floors. The structural system of buildings 5 and 6 consists of post-tensioned concrete flat slabs.
