The conference hall has an area of 250 x 125 m for the basement and ground floors, whereas the first and second floors have an area of 125 x 120 m. The building accommodates a parking area and a main conference hall, which has a capacity of 1,500 attendees; the remaining halls hold 500 attendees. The main hall has a prestressed beam with a 55-meter span.
