HAP Town is a multiuse complex that accommodates residential and commercial buildings consisting of 98 villas and 36 residential buildings, built up on an area of approximately 277,000 sq m, excluding the basement.

• Parkview is a residential gated community within HAP Town that comprises 18 clusters ranging in sizes and types. The clusters feature a different array of building shapes according to the following types: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1, E1, E2, K1, M1, M2, H1, H2, L2, L1, and J2. - The project will be built over a total built-up area of 277,835 sqm, knowing that the range of cluster footprint areas starts from 1,296 up to 3,525 sqm. - The work components include a basement, a ground floor, and six standard floors.
• Season Villas is a residential gated community within HAP Town that comprises 98 blocks ranging in sizes and types, featuring an array of design choices: twin houses, stand-alone villas, and townhouses. The project will span a total built-up area of 46,224 sqm. The project involves the construction of structural elements, finishes, and MEP (first fix) components.
