Client: Hassan Allam Construction Scope: Structural Design | Technical Assistance Location: New Administrative City, Egypt

The building has an approximate total footprint of 12,000 sqm. The project includes nine conference halls situated within the main theater at the New Capital. The structural system for the project comprises flat slabs and PT slabs with drop panels, PT beams for the main theater, and PT-ripped slabs in selected halls. Additionally, steel structures will cover the main entrance, stage floor, and theater systems.
