The project has a total plot area of 378,000 sqm. It connects LRT, Mono-rail , Opera and Governmental District offering a mixed-use services.
Phase A consists of terminal mall with a built-up area of 347,500 sqm consisting of Ground and 3 Upper Floors.
Phase B consists of Business Tower with a built-up area of 100,900 sqm consisting of Ground and 30 Upper Floors.
Phase C consists of 4 Star Hotel with a built-up area of 135,200 sqm consisting of Ground and 7 Upper Floors. JV with Archplan.
