Client: National Authority for Tunnels Scope: Structural Design Location: New Administrative City, Egypt

The project has a total plot area of 378,000 sqm. It connects LRT, monorail, Opera and the governmental district, offering mixed-use services. Phase A consists of a terminal mall with a built-up area of 347,500 sqm consisting of a ground floor and 3 upper floors. Phase B consists of the Business Tower with a built-up area of 100,900 sqm consisting of the ground floor and 30 upper floors. Phase C consists of a 4-star hotel with a built-up area of 135,200 sqm consisting of the ground floor and 7 upper floors. The project is a joint venture with Archplan.
