Client: Matrix Co., licensee of VSL Ltd Scope: Structural Design | Supervision Location: Giza, Egypt

The building consists of a basement, ground floor, and 8 typical floors. The floors are constructed with prestressed main and secondary concrete beams. The prestressing steel is 5/8" in diameter and has low-relaxation steel strands. The jacking stresses reach 75% of the ultimate tensile strength of the strands.
